A simple carrot cake recipe that uses few ingredients. Our family has been making this cake for years! This cake has a delicious cinnamon taste with plenty of fresh grated carrots, pecans and walnuts and cinnamon. Simply roll fondant into carrot shapes and place on the top of the cake. Serve for Easter and spring.
