  • 2/3 C seasoned dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T fresh chopped parsley

  • 1 lb ground meat mixture I use combo of beef, veal and pork

  • 1/4 C diced sweet onion

  • 1 tsp dried basil I prefer freeze dried
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning I prefer freeze dried

Recipe Description

Homemade meatballs and sauce ready in a fraction of the time of the traditional method.  The speed comes from using an Instant Pot pressure cooker.  No browning needed, just plop these meatballs in the sauce and pressure cook.  Done.  These meatballs are great served over pasta or to make a mouth watering meatball sub or just serve as is for a party appetizer.
