Normally a homemade ragu would take all day simmering to create the deep flavors one craves in a ragu.  I've used the shortcut of ground sausage, which already has tremendous flavor infused in it.  This homestyle pasta dish is perfect for Sunday dinner but easy and quick enough to make any night of the week.
