  • 6 tbsp vegan butter
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Molasses
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2/4 C Non-Dairy Milk

Tis the season of baking…It wouldn’t be Christmas without a batch of vegan gingerbread cookies. These cookies are dairy-free and so easy to make! Not to mention, super delicious!

 

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven 300
  2. Mix all the ingredients until smooth
  3. divide the dough into two and refrigerate for an hour or so. (It makes it not sticky and easy to work with)
  4. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut into shapes with cookie cutters
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or so
