1.What is Vegan ? Vegan in relation to eating means, you do not use any animal produce in the recipe…meaning no eggs, milk coming from animals or meat. The people following this lifestyle are called vegans. What do they eat you ask ? Vegans eat all types of vegetables, grains, fruits, beans and combinations of these ingredients. Many of the stores now contain purely vegan popular foods, where the traditional ingredients are replaced by vegan ingredients…so you can very easily get a vegan hamburger.
