My Foodies Blogger Agreement
From here on throughout this agreement the companies and domain names foodiesnetwork.tv, Foodies Network, myfoodies.com and My Foodies will be referenced as, My Foodies”.

The purpose of this agreement is to clearly state the rules and regulations required to become a My Foodies blogger.
Content
All content submitted to My Foodies whether it be photo/s, video/s or text such as recipes must be your own original work.

Plagiarism of any kind is not permitted. When quoting others, please cite your sources accordingly.

Please try keep your submission between 200 – 1,000 words. The more relevant content and keywords used in your submission the better your chances of being searched and found. And the more easy to follow your instructions the more likely your viewers are to like and share it.

My Foodies does not pay for submissions. If you decide to publish a post to our site, you do so without any expectation of compensation monetary or otherwise. Posts will acknowledge your authorship and you retain/own the rights to the published work.

Once submitted to My Foodies, My Foodies has the rights to use any of your submitted content as we see fit on any My Foodies owned websites, apps, or any third party sites for marketing and promotion purposes.

Upon digital signature of this agreement it will be made known and true to both party’s (My Foodies and the blogger) that all content submitted to My Foodies whether in the past present or future may be used in any matter we see fit.
Images & Video
If approved, My Foodies will air your videos/TV shows on a website once every 4-6 weeks. All video must be approved by My Foodies and can be no longer than 5 minutes.

My Foodies can add advertising to any video submitted that airs on our websites.

My Foodies welcomes images to accompany your blog post as long as they are directly relevant to the post content.

If you’re including pictures of people, YOU MUST have their written permission to use them. Images and Videos must be YOUR original images or videos. If you’re borrowing an image we require proper attribution to the creator of the image and you must have written permission.

Links
My Foodies is pleased to give you credit as the author of your post. We allow 1 link to a website in your blog post.
Editing
A My Foodies editor will approve all posts.
Conclusion
My Foodies encourages you to promote the post on third party sites such as Twitter and Facebook or on your own blog if you have one.

My Foodies reserves the right to refuse publication, remove blog content, and change these guidelines at any time.
