- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 whole eggs
- ¾ cup eggnog
- ¼ cup thick caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp dark rum
- 1 tbsp eggnog
Recipe Description
Eggnog cheesecake bars with caramel rum sauce. First I made my trusted cheesecake base but added a pinch of cinnamon and ginger to give it a holiday kick. The filling is smooth and creamy with the addition of eggnog. It’s an easy recipe you can make for yourself, a holiday party or freeze for later in December when everyone is so busy!
