Ingredients

  • Pour Andes Mint Chips into a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave in increments of 30 seconds until fully melted. Stir every 30 seconds. It took me 1 minute to get desired consistency.
  • Remove lid and foil top from frosting and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour onto the melted chocolate and stir to fully combine the two.
  • Spray a small baking dish (I used an 8x8 square cake pan) with nonstick spray or line with wax paper. Pour the melted mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with more mint chips or garnish of your choice (optional).
  • Place in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour (overnight works best) before cutting and serving. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge in between serving. (This makes a creamy and relatively soft fudge so it works best to keep it cold)
