Casseroles are easy to make, they feed a crowd, and they’re great for giving to a neighbor or friend in need. When my older boys were playing football, I hosted a lot of spaghetti suppers at our home. The boys loved baked shells. I would double and triple the recipes for these hungry, growing boys. It wasn’t a lot of work, but so appreciated by the kids and parents. Making a casserole doesn’t have to be a lot of work, but your family will appreciate a delicious comforting home cooked meal.
