  • Finely chopped onions: 1/4 cup
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese: 2 tablespoons (30 grams)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. To make the spinach dumplings:
  2. Steam the spinach for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water
  3. Take a mixing bowl, add spinach, paneer, nutmeg powder, chillies, pepper, salt, all-purpose flour, baking powder. Mix it well
  4. Shape them into 10-15 small balls
  5. Steam for 5 minutes and keep aside.
  6. For the tomato sauce:
  7. Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and onions and saute for a couple of minutes
  8. Add the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, carrot puree, pepper, chilli flakes, salt and cheese Mix well and keep aside
  9. Serve the steamed dumplings with tomato sauce.
