This cake recipe was passed down from my great grandmother. She used to make it every Easter. It is easy to make, and a favorite of my family. The apricot nectar keeps it moist and gives the cake an unbelievable flavor. The addition of the nectar in the glaze puts the cake over the top. Hope you enjoy!
