Arroz con Leche or Rice Pudding is a delicious treat made in most Hispanic households. Every nationality has their own spin on the original and mine is no different. I learned how to make this Arroz con Leche from my grandmother when I was a kid. It was my favorite dessert and I needed to know how it was made. Cuban Arroz con Leche tends to be thicker, sweeter and creamier than the other varieties. I personally know that it has changed non-rice pudding eaters to fans!!
