Ingredients
- 1 Whole Avocado
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2-3 garlic cloves (based on your preference)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt (preferably sea salt)

We substitute avocado in so many recipes and although its high in fat, it’s a good fat.
If you love avocado , you will LOVE this dressing. It’s soo creamy and tasty with such few ingredients and super easy to make!
You can substitute with light milk and greek yogurt but your consistency just may not be as thick and creamy.
It will still taste yummy!!
