This is EPIC! At least for the household cook wanting to find creative ways to make veggies delicious for the family. We are always trying to find ways to make a healthier homemade version of the popular foods out there, especially the ones kids love.

Cauliflower is just awesome. It is so versatile, so yummy and so easy to incorporate. Whenever Imake homemade mac and cheese (the only way to eat mac and cheese ;)) I substitute half of the pasta for cauliflower. My kids cannot tell and I love it!
