Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c white sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 c milk (I used 2%, but any kind is fine)
- 1/4 c Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe Description
These mini donut holes are filled with Nutella, dunked in a vanilla glaze, and topped with sprinkles. Plus, they’re baked instead of fried! So, you know, you can eat more.
These are incredibly simple to make, as they are baked in a mini muffin pan in the oven! Breakfast has never looked (or tasted!) better.
