Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken drumsticks
- 4 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- ΒΌ bottle of dry white wine
- 1 heaping tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Description
Who doesn’t love a good chicken drumstick?! This recipe is a great combination of sweet and tart with the chicken remaining moist and tender. I always make at least 18 to 20 drumsticks, doubling the recipe, because the leftovers never last long here in our fridge!
