Recipe Description

DESCRIPTION: Mint and blueberries go really well together in this recipe.

I didn’t have any fresh mint handy when I was making this recipe, but I remembered having mint tea leaves in the cupboard. And so this blueberry mint smoothie recipe was born.

The avocado and coconut milk help to make this smoothie extra creamy despite being dairy-free.

(It’s also AIP – autoimmune Paleo protocol compliant.)This is perfect for breakfast it's not only quick and easy to make it's also good for your body.

Recipe Directions

  1. Pour the coconut milk into the blender.
  2. Add in the frozen blueberries.
  3. Add in the avocado (use a spoon to scoop out the flesh).
  4. Add in the ice cubes.
  5. Add in the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
