I have a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast but sometimes it doesn’t quite feel like a real meal since there is no actual chewing involved. Lately, I’ve been a new trend – the smoothie bowl. This is amazing because you can make your favorite smoothie, sprinkle some granola and fruit on the top and eat it with a spoon! This turns the smoothie into something that feels more like a meal than a drink, but with all the nutrients and flavors of your favorite smoothie!
