- 1/2 lb.breakfast sausage
- 1/2 red pepper chopped finely
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8-10 egg roll skins
- 6 thick sliced White American chopped
- 1 tablespoon half n half
Recipe Description
Breakfast Egg Rolls are simple and delish! These little jobbers are loaded with scrambled eggs, sausage and red peppers. Then they are topped with a very simple cheese sauce that can be made in the microwave. There could be lots of variations of this recipe. It would also be scrumptious with bacon, onion and a warm cheddar sauce. How about ham, green pepper and a warm nutty Swiss sauce?
