Recipe Directions
Scramble eggs in small bowl. Add milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Put eggs into skillet preheated with 2 teaspoons of olive oil or butter. Scramble until cooked to your liking.
Lay flour tortillia flat then add eggs, diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced avacado. Squeeze lime juice over top and then top with chopped cilantro.
Can add salsa if desired.
