- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 11 oz bag butterscotch chips
- 1 small apple
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 TBSP butter
Recipe Description
Fall is my favorite season- the cool air, the falling leaves. Part of why I love it so much is baking wonderful cookies like these- where the spicy scent of cinnamon lingers after the cookies are done. The smell of these treats baking is almost as enjoyable as eating them.
