- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 1/2 C milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Recipe Description
These creamy steel cut oats topped with sweet caramelized bananas make the perfect and filling breakfast for when you’re feeling a little indulgent. Sometimes I use real milk and sometimes I get crazy and use coconut milk. When you’re topping it with caramelized bananas, I can highly defend the choice to use coconut.
