This is a wonderful family friendly vegetarian and with one little change could be vegan casserole! Creamy sauce made with cauliflower is the main feature to this comforting dish! Hearty enough for anyone around the table! I think… it could possibly be gluten free as well if you read your labels, I didn’t do that with ours. And the leftovers make an amazing lunch!
