Ingredients
- 1½ pounds chicken breast
- Kosher salt, to taste
- ½ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tbsp canola, divided
- 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- fresh black pepper, to taste

I wanted a yummy recipe I can eat at home without all the guilt that still has all the amazing asian flavors. This Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry was my solution. When you are cooking a stir fry the trick its to cook it at a very high temperature while stirring a lot. This Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry is one of my family’s favorite dinner recipes.
