Recipe Description

This is a nice alternative to beef and is packed with flavor and nutrition. It’s easy to make and I love to occasionally have a meatless meal. I thought it was yummy and a nice change from a beef burger. Plus it’s good for you too and can be made vegan with an egg substitute. This is so good you won’t miss the meat and it cooks up very fast.
