- 2 blood oranges, thinly sliced
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- zest of 2 oranges
- 2 cups blood orange juice
- 2 T. cold butter
- 18 chocolate graham crackers
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 T. granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream

Hurry out and grab some blood oranges! We’re making a chocolate blood orange tart. This is for my chocolate and orange lovers out there. This probably doesn’t come to a surprise to you, but I am indeed a lover of the pair. Have you seen those chocolate coated oranges that come in little boxes? Never had them, but they sound good. Real good, actually.
