Recipe Description
These pancakes are part of a great and long tradition in our household: Sunday breakfast. Nearly every Sunday when my sister and I were growing up, we would get up late on a Sunday (especially when we were teenagers) and dad would have either pancake batter or french toast mix ready to go. These pancakes are still some of the best I’ve had, even compared to cafés. They are light and super fluffy as well as being incredibly quick and easy to make. They only have 6 ingredients, all of which you will most likely have on hand right now. Plus chocolate, because when doesn’t chocolate make anything better?
