Ingredients
- 3/4 C All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 C dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Salted Butter, melted
- 1 C milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 C creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Recipe Description
A nutty shortbread crust topped with a creamy peanut butter chocolate fudge. End of story: these bars are awesome. The chocolate sets up soft and much like a piece of fudge plopped atop a little nutty piece of shortbread. Give them a go, if you like that sort of thing but don’t cut them into too big of pieces because they are rich!
