Recipe Description
Christmas Ale Caramels are a soft, chewy treat made with Christmas Ale with hints of cinnamon and vanilla perfect for holidays and holiday gifts! I used my own home brewed Christmas Ale, but you can use any Christmas Ale or Winter Ale you like. I would recommend finding one that has a very vanilla forward flavor.
