Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp powdered sugar

Oh boy! This bread is definitely the best EVER! Seriously! My house smelled like cinnamon rolls when this bread was finished!!
My bread machine did most of the work for me, so it was extremely simple! All I had to do was take the dough, add a streusel layer and put it into the oven. Sounds easy, right??
My kids were playing upstairs with their friends while I made this and about 5 minutes prior to it being done, all the kids came downstairs to see what was smelling so good. When it was ready, I had several taste testers lined up ready to give me the thumbs up or thumbs down. Needless to say, the plates were licked clean and I had all thumbs up given!!
This is great when paired with a cup of coffee in the mornings, or as an afternoon snack! As the school year goes on, I have a feeling this bread will be making an appearance several times!
