- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese cubed in small 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon of adobo sauce
