- 2 + ¼ cups milk chocolate candy melts
- 6 T. butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 + ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 T. dark chocolate candy melts, optional
- 8 mini chocolate chip cookies

I’ve asked my Facebook friends what sort of recipes they would like to see this summer and the response was no bake! No bake it is with these cookie dough cups. My all-time favorite cookie dough is chocolate chip cookie dough. The brown sugar and butter combination is my weakness. Each of these cups is packed to the tippy top with cookie dough. Yummmmm!
