Ingredients
- 3 Jalapenos, de-seeded and chopped up.
- 1.5 Cups of grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup of whipping cream
- 1 can of Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
- 2 T of flour
- 1 T of butter
- Cilantro
- Salt, Cumin, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
Recipe Description
The first time I tried this soup at Kneaders, I was hooked. Unfortunately for a while we didn’t live anywhere near one. Now we do, but I can’t go all the time, so I decided to make my own version. This is so smooth and delicious, and even though the main ingredient is jalapeños, it isn’t spicy at all.
