METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Blanch the spinach, chop and keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix together corn, crushed corn, chopped spinach, cheese, salt and pepper, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, parsley and wheat flour.
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil.
- Make small, round patties of the mixture and place on the greased tray.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
