- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste

I am a lover of all things mushroom. Are you? These portobello mushrooms are sauteed in butter and then simmered in a cream sauce. These are super scrumptious served over rice, mashed potatoes or smashed cauliflower. So if you think that mushrooms must be served with meatloaf and on pizza you are going to love this.
