- 1 cup frozen baby peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 3/4 cup onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 tbsp. half and half or cream
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. dried sage
- salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste
