- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

The ultimate oil-free double chocolate coconut granola recipe. Crunchy, chewy, chocolatey, coconutty, not too sweet & very slightly salty. It is so extremely easy to make. All you need are a few minutes of your time to mix it all up plus fifteen minutes to bake it. This granola is great for breakfast, or a quick snack eaten by the handful. It’s also lovely on smoothie bowls or scattered over vanilla ice-cream!
