- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe Description
My family loves doughnuts, but I’m not a big fan of frying things so we don’t make them very often at home. I recently came across this recipe for Doughnut Muffins and thought I’d give it a try. The results are delicious – I’m not sure that they taste exactly like a doughnut but pretty close and no frying is involved. You do dip the muffins in butter which is a pretty good substitute for deep frying in oil!
