- 1 tablespoon melted butter + 1/2 teaspoon for pan
Recipe Description
Sunday Breakfasts should be special, but so should other days as well. You can make this batter ahead of time, like a couple of days ahead, then just bake it in morning, or evening and enjoy. I’ll heat up the oven as I drink my first cup of coffee, put the pancake in to bake as I get ready to go, 20 minutes later, a hot fresh breakfast.
I’ve even made it for dinner.
