- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- 3 Pcs of Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 6 to 8 Thick slices French bread (cut diagonally)
- 1 Tbsp of Oil

Beat eggs, add milk and cinnamon. Beat until combined.
Pour into a shallow dish and dip the bread slices in, making sure both sides are coated.
Heat oil and butter until sizzling over medium heat. Fry bread both sides until golden brown.
Darin on a paper towel and keep warm in oven while finishing the rest.
Dust with Chelsea icing sugar and drizzle with Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup.
Optional: Garnish with crispy bacon.
