Recipe Description
Mole (mo-lay) is a traditional Mexican sauce that is usually served over chicken, but that is a great sauce for enchiladas also. The traditional version is quite laborious and takes a lot of time. This version is a short-cut way of making it using the store bought base and adding additional ingredients to get the more traditional flavor.
