- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 10-12 ounces of fig jam
- 1/2 cups granola without fruit
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Recipe Description
These easy fig jam bars, with its buttery crust are full of fall goodness. If you do not have fig jam, no worries use whatever jam you have available. I keep waxing poetically about my friend Lisa’s fig tree. She was so kind to allow me to pick all the figs I wanted, so in return, I made her some fig bars. She decided to take these bars to school with her and share it with staff and other teachers before school even started.
