- 1 cup 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 family size can 1 family size can cream of tomato soup
- 3 cups 3 cups white viniegar
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe Description
Traditionally made for special occasions like weddings, first communions and during holidays like Easter and Christmas. Golumpki is a meat mixture such as ground beef, mixed with rice, onions and spices that is then rolled in a cooked cabbage leaf. It is topped with a tomato sauce and then baked.
