Recipe Description
One lazy Sunday years ago, I was flicking through my channels and came across the show ‘Cookery course’. Gordon Ramsay prepared a pasta using pantry ingredients, sardines, sun-dried tomatoes, a slice of bread and some pasta to make a delicious lunch. Before the show ended, I was already up on my feet, pulling the ingredients that I needed out of my cupboards to prepare a lunch that my family adored. Of course this was years ago, since I started my YouTube channel, there is no such thing as a lazy Sunday but I have made this dish many many times and it’s about time to share it with you. This recipe also includes Shrimp and I always at any given time have a bag sitting in my freezer, but you could substitute Lobster or Crab.
I thought the sauce may be a bit ‘fishy’ for my kids, but to my delight they loved the deep flavor of the sauce and find it totally unique. As a treat, I’ve paired this with a Crab and Parsley Garlic bread
