- ⅛ cup water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (for drizzle)
- ½ cup chopped Kalamata olives (for topping)
- For the Nachos:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips (app. 250 grams)
- 4 artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 2 cups herb & garlic cheese blend (shredded)
- ½ cup feta cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup sliced kalamata olives (sliced)
- 2 ounces of fresh spinach (finely chopped)
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes (diced)
