- 1/2 cup softened Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 1/2 oz Marshmallow Creme
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
Recipe Description
These Hot Chocolate Cookies will make for a great Christmas cookie when you are baking this winter. A chocolate thumbprint cookie topped with marshmallow icing and some chocolate drizzle. Just like a cup of Hot Cocoa. Perfect for cookie exchanges and holiday cookie plates. I love when fall arrives and I start experimenting with new cookie ideas to include in our cookie gifts for the holiday season. We spend a week baking all sorts of different cookies for neighbors, family, and friends. We bake them up and toss a variety of different holiday themed cookies into a gift box lined with tissue paper. Such an inexpensive and fun Christmas gift to give.
