- 4 Tbsp powdered milk
- 6 Tbsp warm water
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Recipe Description
These hot fudge marshmallow sundae profiteroles take the classic hot fudge sundae and give it an elegant twist. The profiteroles are made traditionally, with a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor. They are filled with a home made whipped cream, and then topped with the hot fudge marshmallow sauce made with powdered milk. The ultimate dessert without a lot of work.
