Recently, Facebook changed its algorithms and only a small percent see our posts.
There are a few things you can try to be able to know when we post recipes.
First, Hover over the Liked button. You will see Get Notifications. Click on Get Notifications and this should help you get more notices when we post a recipe.
Next, be sure to visit our Facebook page daily and like, comment and share the recipes. This makes you active on our site and you will then see recipes on your newsfeed.
Last, check out our website daily. If you click on recipes the last 20 or so recipes are the newest recipes posted and the most recent Facebook posts.
