Recipe Description
Key Lime Ricotta Cookies have a similar taste to sugar cookies, but a lighter, less dense texture.
The cookies alone aren’t very sweet, but the key lime glaze really adds a pop of sweet and sour to them!
The glaze is so good you’ll want to eat it by itself (and we did!).
