- 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 Tbsp for blueberries
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup butter
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 5 Tbsp lemon juice
Recipe Description
Delicious lemon blueberry loaf with a hint of almond. I love the texture of this cake with the addition of the almond flour. If you’re not keen on blueberries, you can easily omit them and have a delicious Lemon Almond Loaf instead. And the sweet/tart lemon glaze on the top compliments this loaf perfectly.
